What is Shilajit?
A Sanskrit word meaning “conqueror of mountains and destroyer of weakness,” shilajit comes from centuries old decomposed organic plant material that has been preserved by the intense pressures of high Himalayan rock layers. The soft, heavy shilajit resin oozes out of the Himalayan rocks and is carefully purified. The end result is a mineral-rich powder that is very high in fulvic acid (over 50%), which can greatly boost the absorption of nutrients into the body.
