This recipe is perfect for a sweet, healthy and filling breakfast that’s quick to put together!
- ½ Cup Chia Seeds
- ½ Cup Coconut Milk (or Milk of Choice)
- Handful of Mulberries
- Handful of Goji Berries, soaked for 20 minutes
- Handful of Fresh Mango
- Coconut Palm Nectar – To Taste
- 1. Mix Chia Seeds and Coconut Milk together, chill until smooth
- 2. Cut up Mangos and soak Goji berries to rehydrate
- 3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy
