Ocean Herb Salad Dressing

Need a way to make kelp taste good? Look no further. Drizzle this delicious dressing over your favorite salad to get your boost of iodine. Our raw, organic Botija olive oil provides a wonderful source of heart healthy fats, vitamin E and iron. With lemon, garlic and herbs, the taste is out of this world!
Serves: 2–4
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Botija olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- Herbs, to taste (basil, rosemary, thyme, oregano)
- 1 tsp kelp powder
Preparation
- 1. Toss all dressing ingredients in a VitaMix or high speed blender.
- 2. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add to your favorite salad! (We used kale, tomatoes, and avocado).
