Divine Superfood Salad Dressing Recipe

This salad dressing is a perfect, satisfying, and easy addition to your daily superfood regime! It’s creamy, a tad spicy and packed with flavor and nutrition. Spirulina and Sun is Shining provide protein and extra minerals, hemp seeds and Sacha Inchi oil provide essential omega fatty acids, and the ginger and pepper powder provide just enough kick to get your metabolism hopping!

Ingredients:

1 Cup water
1/3 cup Hemp Seeds
1 Tbsp Sacha Inchi oil
½ Tbsp Sun is Shining
½ Tbsp Spirulina
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp Himalayan or Kalahari Salt
2 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp chopped, peeled fresh ginger
1/8 tsp of chili pepper powder
½ avocado
½ cup fresh basil
½ cup fresh cilantro

Directions:

Blend all ingredients except the avocado, basil and cilantro in high speed blender. Taste, and adjust flavors to your preferences – i.e., add more lemon, salt, ginger, pepper powder now. Add avocado and blend thoroughly to a creamy texture. Lastly, add fresh herbs and gently pulse. Enjoy over fresh heirloom greens and top with hemp seeds and cherry tomatoes.
