These green olives are packed in pure water, a dash of fresh garlic, a dash of fresh oregano, one ripe chili pepper, and a dash of celtic sea salt. Manzanilla olives take an incredibly long time to cure, sometimes remaining in the brine for up to 18 months before being placed in the jar. This intensive curing process allows the beneficial lactic acid bacteria enough time to properly cure the olive and develop just the right flavor, and we think the wait is totally worth it!

Olives are naturally hight in beautifying oleic acid, and are also one of nature's riches sources of the antioxidant Vitamin E. Olives are champion mucus dissolvers, easily beating out figs and oranges. This makes them not only a delicious snack, but also an excellent food for internal cleansing.

Manzanilla olives combine well with any raw nut for a delicious party mix, or enjoy them like we do: right out of the jar! Introduce your friends to the flavor of truly raw olives!

For a delicious olive treat, use the brine from a jar of Manzanilla Olives to rehydrate any of our delicious varieties of raw, sprouted Sunflower Seed Hummus, in place of water. Add Hemp Oil to this combination for a delectable, savory spread bold flavor of oregano and a hint of spice from the cayenne.
