Description
Element #27 on the Periodic Table, Cobalt (Co) in its natural state is a gray, hard, magnetic metal.
Cobalt has been proven to be an extremely important nutritional element, essential to health and the human cell, the Cobalt ion allows the cell to manufacture the B-Complex vitamins, especially Vitamin B-12 and helps to maintain nerve cells. An absence of Cobalt on the cellular level is linked to pernicious anemia and other blood disorders. Cobalt works in partnership with Sulfur in helping the body repair the myelin sheath, which may help multiple sclerosis symptoms. Cobalt also helps the body synthesize and assimilate glucose in the blood.
