Each spoonful melts in your mouth with full coconut taste and aroma, while lovingly providing whole coconut nutrition: oil, dietary fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. It is richer and creamer than coconut oils on the market and has a wonderful full-bodied coconut flavor.
Add coconut butter to fruit smoothes, homemade energy bars, sauces and salad dressings. Make a fruit/coconut sorbet. For a delicious cold chocolate treat, mix with cacao nibs and agave, then freeze into cubes.
NOTE: Coconut Butter is soft above 80 degrees F and solid at lower temperatures. You can soften the coconut butter by putting the jar inside a bowl of warm water. After that, spread it on any raw food snack bar and enjoy!
