Coconut Peanut Bark

This recipe is absolutely perfect for the holidays or when you are in need of a quick and delicious treat for guests. The base is coconut butter, rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (the heart-healthy fats!). We added superfoods that are rich in quality nutrition - feel free to add more or less!
1 16 oz jar Artisana coconut butter
2 Tbsp jungle peanuts, chopped
2 Tbsp cacao nibs
2 Tbsp goji berries
2 Tbsp goldenberries (Incan berries)
2 Tbsp agave nectar or raw honey
1/2 tsp Kalahari salt
1 Tbsp cacao butter
Optional:
1 tsp maca
1 tsp mesquite
2 Tbsp cashews, chopped
Dehydrate jar of coconut butter and cacao butter to soften. You may also gently heat in a pot of hot water or gently in pan on stovetop until melted. Stir thoroughly until it is a pourable consistency. Add to a bowl and stir in rest of ingredients. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour mixture evenly onto the lined cookie sheet. Allow to harden in the fridge for 20 minutes. Once it has hardened, cut into small pieces. Fabulous!
