MSM (Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane) is a naturally-occurring form of dietary sulfur found in fresh raw foods that are involved in the cycle of rain. MSM is deficient in foods grown in greenhouses or in foods grown through irrigation. It is also destroyed by the cooking process.
