Description
Cultivated in the Amazon rainforest of Ecuador, organic traditional Guayusa (why-you-sah) is similar to yerba mate but without the bitter taste. It is an excellent source of vitamins, antioxidants, and amino acids that can provide you with the mental and physical energy you need throughout the day. Guayusa has a smooth, rich, earthy taste and offers about the same amount of caffeine as a cup of black tea or coffee (80-100mg), however, is naturally released more slowly to help wake you up and start your day.

Guayusa’s health benefits rival those of any other tea, but is considered to have 50% more antioxidants and consists of a special blend of caffeine, theobromine, and theophyline which can help provide you with increased mental awareness and strength.
Recommended Usage:
Pour hot water over tea bag in a cup or kettle. Leave for 4-7 minutes or longer for a darker brew. Honey or other natural sweeteners can be added to taste.

Store in a cool dry place.
