Maca Gazpacho

2 Tbsp. red maca powder
1/2 cucumber
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 diced red bell pepper
1 cup diced botija olives (if you buy with pits, dont forget to remove!)
1 to 2 celery stalks
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. fennel seed
3 tsp. kalahari salt
Parsley (as a garnish)

This is a tasty way to have your red maca and eat it too! A great recipe served cold, warm or even hot! Serves around 4 people

1 Blend the ingredients together and mix. Mix the bell peppers and olives in a separate bowl
2 Afterwards, pour into bowls for serving, topping each with large amounts of bell peppers and olives.
3 Add diced parsley, and salt/pepper to taste. Enjoy!
