Recommended Usage	Our MSM comes in a pure crystalline form that dissolves easily into water or juice. It is best taken in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum absorption. I am schedule to get surgery for "heel spurs" because everytime I wear full shoes my heels blow up and get red, irritated and hurt me. I've had what seems to be a sack of fluid resting just around my akele's tendon for months. I'm now canceling the surgery because it's not necessary! I started taking MSM tablets a few months ago and the stagnent swelling is going down profusely! My hair is also growing thicker and faster at a maximum speed! Haha. This stuff is fantastic!

The flavor is very bitter, but that's just MSM. If you put it in smoothies, give it something to take away the flavor, like Agave or Yacon.

Once you get used to it. It's wonderful. My joints and bones are magnificent because of it. (Posted on 10/13/11)
