Cake Batter Ice Cream Recipe

(serves 4)

The flavor of sweet cake batter is now available to you in a delicious, raw and vegan ice cream. This sweet and creamy ice cream is the perfect way to cool off and indulge at the end of day.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups nut milk
• 2 tbsp. tahini
• 2–4 tbsp. honey or agave nectar
• 2 tbsp. coconut oil
• 1 tbsp. vanilla powder/extract

Preparation:

1. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender until well blended.
2. Put contents of the blender in ice cream maker or freezer.
3. If put into freezer, stir periodically during the freezing process to ensure a smooth consistency. Top with cacao powder for additional chocolaty flavor. Enjoy!
