Shipping and Handling

We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.

USA Orders

We ship to all domestic residential addresses via FedEx, as well as PO/APO/DPO/FPO addresses via Smart Post, a method in which FedEx partners with USPS for the last mile of transit. Estimated delivery times with Smart Post range from 3 to 14 business days, depending on destination. Longer transit times are possible to U.S. territories.

Canada Orders

We now use FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority shipping methods, which get your package delivered sooner with lower brokerage fees than previously offered methods. We also have FedEx International Ground which is often a more cost effective method. We no longer offer Canada Standard Shipping due to the high brokerage fees. If you would like to use an alternative shipping method please contact us by phone at 888-RAW-FOOD.

International Orders

Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S., you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. Sunfood is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package, so if you are concerned, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering.

Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions will vary. Offers are valid only at Sunfood.com or by phone at 888-RAW-FOOD. Minimum purchase requirements for free shipping must be met with purchases to which no other coupon or instant savings offer applies. May not be combined with any other coupon. No cash/credit back. Not valid on any gift cards, prior purchases or purchases on other provider websites. Tax and shipping not included in calculating minimum purchase. This is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. Free shipping promotion applies only to orders shipped via Smart Post within the 48 contiguous United States, as well as PO/APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Estimated delivery times for free shipping range from 3 to 14 business days, depending on destination.

Recycled Packaging

In keeping with our mission to clean up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of up to 100% recycled material. We use clean waste paper collected from local sources and 100% natural, corn-based, biodegradable "packing peanuts" to help protect your order during shipping.
