Description
Element #5 on the Periodic Table, Boron (B) in its purely natural state forms black, opaque crystals with a metallic luster.
Boron has been shown to be a conductor of cellular electrical impulses, enhancing intra-cellular communication. Boron helps the body produce estrogen and helps to prevent a loss of minerals from the bones. Without trace amounts of Boron in the cells, the cells often struggle to efficiently utilize the various forms of Vitamin D. Boron is the "Rambo" mineral in the daily fight against osteoporosis; it enhances the body's immune system and acts as an anti-inflammatory (in partnership with the various forms of D vitamins). Boron is a micro-mineral, meaning that a dropper-full twice a week is usually sufficient.
