Description
Mexican Power Wraps by Gopal's are made with organic almonds and pumpkin seeds, which are slowly germinated to enhance availability of nturients and to bring out their sweet flavors. Soaking nuts and seeds breaks down their naturally occurring, bitter-tasting phytates, which have been shown to inhibit digestion as well as block the absorption of some vitamins and minerals. This is especially important with Pumpkin Seeds, which contains high amounts of zinc that are often blocked by phytates.
Once these almonds and pumpkin seeds have been soaked and partitally germinated, they are blended witih a distinctive combination of raw beet powder, lemon juice, and spices, creating a taste which was perfected in Mexican cuisine.
