Vegan Waffles w/ Superfood Berry Compote

Serves: 2-4 Cooking Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Superfood Smoothie Mix
  • 1 1/4 Cup gluten free oat flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Powder

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour batter onto a hot pan over medium heat.

Once bubbles appear flip over to cook on the other side.

Top with fresh berries or fruit compote.
