Almond Carob Mousse


Enjoy this decadent mousse made with Carob Powder, Avocados, and almond milk! Carob is a great source of calcium and is a wonderful chocolate alternative that can be used in a variety of dishes. This recipe is sweetened with Yacon Syrup, making it a low glycemic dessert option for those watching their blood sugar levels.

Serves 4

3 ripe avocados
¼ cup almond butter
1 cup almond milk (Make your own!)
¼ cup Carob Powder
¼ cup Yacon Syrup
Pinch of Vanilla Powder

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Place on high speed until very smooth. Refrigerate and top with chopped fruits and nuts if desired. Enjoy!
