Who needs store bought popsicles with added sugar? Homemade is so much better; it’s healthier, tastier, and guess what… it’s so easy! These fruity popsicles have a purple blast of superfood power in the form of the Chilean maqui berry. With just five ingredients, they’re a simple and delicious way to cool off on a hot summer day.
Makes ~6 popsicles
- 3 cups strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 3 Tbsp Maqui Powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder
- 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds or if you don’t have any, you can make your own with plastic cups or an ice cube tray and wooden popsicle sticks. Freeze 4-6 hours. Run molds under warm water for about a minute to remove popsicles. Enjoy!
