Garlicky Pumpkin Seed Pesto with Coconut Wrap

This delicious, versatile pesto sauce has a mild nutty flavor with a burst of fresh basil and spicy garlic. Aromatic and zesty, this sauce can be used on anything from sandwiches and pasta to wraps or salads!

  • 1 cup Organic Heirloom Pumpkin Seeds
  • 5 tbsp Organic Botija Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Organic Garlic
  • 4 Organic Basil Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • ½ cup Organic Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 12 Chlorella Tablets (optional)
  • ½ cup Water


  1. Blend all ingredients together in mixer/blender or food processor.
  2. Place into bowl and add 2 tbsp of Botija Olive oil over top, allow to refrigerate overnight for best results.
