Strawberries are a wonderful source of Vitamin C and cashews are perfect for adding healthy facts. It turned out to be the perfect pair.

Golden Milk Super Blend Pancakes with Strawberry Compote & Cashew ButterPrint Recipe
- 1 cup almond flour using using whole almonds
- 2 eggs (use flax egg for vegan substitute)
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Golden Milk Super Blend
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp pink Pink Himalayan salt
- 3 tsp honey
- STRAWBERRY COMPOTE:
- ½ cup chopped strawberries
- ½ juice of a lemon
- 2 tsp honey
- CASHEW BUTTER SPREAD:
- 1 cup raw cashews
- ½ tsp salt
Mix all of the ingredients together
Let sit for 3-5 minutes and stir again
Heat a skillet to medium heat and pour batter
Flip 2 minutes in and enjoy
Add the chopped strawberries, honey, and lemon juice to a small pot on high heat
Gently mash strawberries and mix thoroughly for 3 minutes straight
Pour on top of pancakes and enjoy!
CASHEW BUTTER SPREAD:
Add 1 cup of cashews to a high powder blender with ½ tsp salt
Blend on low speed for 4 minutes, scraping down the sides every minute
If you find that it is not blending to a smooth consistency, add in 1 tbsp of water until you achieve a smooth consistency.
