Raw Caesar Salad

(serves 1)

Featuring the healthy omega–3 power of hemp oil, there is now a delicious and raw Caesar Salad that everyone can enjoy. This refreshing salad is great for lunch, dinner or any time you’re in the mood.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. of hemp oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • Sea salt (to your individual liking)
  • Kelp powder (to your individual liking)
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • water
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce

 

Preparation:

  1. Place hemp oil, garlic, almonds and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and mix on low.
  2. Add water as needed until it is smooth and liquidly.
  3. Add kelp powder and sea salt a little at a time until the flavor suits your liking.
  4. Toss with chopped romaine lettuce and serve!
