Organic Super Shake Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • WAFFLES:
  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour*
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 Serving Sunfood Organic Super Shake Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Non Dairy Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • JAM:
  • 1 Cup Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Sunfood Chia Seeds
  • Dash of Maple Syrup
  • OPTIONAL:
  • Sunfood Bee Pollen
  • Sunfood Cacao Nibs

Instructions

Place all waffle ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until all ingredients are completely mixed and have turned into a batter.

Take batter and place onto waffle machine maker and make waffles.

For the jam, take the raspberries and mash them up and until they are a liquid type texture. Add in the Chia Seeds and let sit for roughly 5-10 minutes until it has become a thicken jam texture.

Serve the waffles with Sunfood Bee Pollen, raspberry jam and nut or seed butter!

Notes

*Grind 1/2 cup Sunfood Raw Organic Almonds in a coffee grinder. It will yield about 1/2 cup Almond Flour.
