- 1 Cup Gluten Free Oats
- 1/2 Cup Almond Flour*
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 Serving Sunfood Organic Super Shake Protein Powder
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Non Dairy Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Dash of Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Raspberries
- 1 tbsp Sunfood Chia Seeds
- Dash of Maple Syrup
- Sunfood Bee Pollen
- Sunfood Cacao Nibs
Place all waffle ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until all ingredients are completely mixed and have turned into a batter.
Take batter and place onto waffle machine maker and make waffles.
For the jam, take the raspberries and mash them up and until they are a liquid type texture. Add in the Chia Seeds and let sit for roughly 5-10 minutes until it has become a thicken jam texture.
Serve the waffles with Sunfood Bee Pollen, raspberry jam and nut or seed butter!
*Grind 1/2 cup Sunfood Raw Organic Almonds in a coffee grinder. It will yield about 1/2 cup Almond Flour.
