When your order total is $49 or more, you will qualify for free ground shipping in all 50 states and US territories. Delivery may take anywhere from 1-5 business days. Expect longer lead times to PO/DPO/APO/FPO addresses.

We ship to all 50 states and US territories. Shipping charges are calculated based on your selected shipping option, order weight, and final destination. If you have any questions or concerns prior to placing your order, please call us at 888-729-3663 (Option 1) for further assistance.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. However, we highly recommend shopping through these partners who are able to offer international shipping options to certain countries.

We work hard to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order; however, we can cancel the order. Due to the speed of most of our shipments, you have approximately 15 minutes from the time the order is placed to cancel it. Once this processing window has passed, we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled in time.
If you need to cancel an order, please call our Customer Support team at 888-729-3663 (Option 1) within the 15-minute remorse period of placing your order. We are available to take your call Monday - Friday (9:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Time), excluding holidays.
We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’ve ordered a product that isn’t quite right, simply reach out to our Customer Support team within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund. In order to best assist you, please be ready to provide your name, order number, product name, and photo of the product you wish to return.
Please note the following:
- Do not discard the product(s) before contacting us
- Do not ship the product(s) back before contacting us
- Photo(s) must include the expiration and lot stamp as well as any damages to the packaging
- Returns will be issued as a store credit or returned to the original method of payment
Other Retailer Returns
If you purchased our products from one of our retail partners, you must work directly with them for a return or product exchange. We offer credits to any of our retailers that have our products returned to them.
