You grant Sunfood Corporation and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. By submitting a product review you agree Sunfood has requested and been granted permission to use the product review as a clinical trial. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Sunfood Corporation for all claims resulting from content you supply. Sunfood Corporation has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Sunfood Corporation takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions
The Sunfood mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Sunfood (“ Sunfood ”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you have opted in, the Service provides transactional messages: updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) and promotional messages: promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from Sunfood via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
Sunfood Coupon Codes exclude Bulk, sale and closeout items. Only one code may be used at a time on any order.
If you wish to cancel an order we will do our best to make the cancellation prior to shipment. We are unable to cancel, revise or recall an order once it has shipped.

Please call or e-mail for prior approval (RMA Number) before returning any items. If products are returned without prior approval, a restocking fee between 20% and 100% will apply at Sunfood’s sole discretion.
Any product may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within 30 days and a refund or credit will be provided for the purchase price of the product. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, but refunds, credits or exchanges will not be granted after 30 days and/or without proof of purchase.
This return policy applies to orders purchased directly through Sunfood. If you purchased a Sunfood product at a retail store or other resale location, please contact the seller regarding your return.
We 100% guarantee the purity and freshness of our products from spoilage before the best by date when stored properly as well as delivery of goods free of damages to product or packaging during or prior to transit. Items damaged by customers upon or after receipt will not be returnable.

BULK PRODUCTS: QUALITY STATEMENT & RETURN POLICY:
Sunfood Superfoods maintains the highest quality standards of Raw, Organic & Wild Crafted Superfoods in today’s Natural Food market. Our products are sourced from local farms across the world where the products flourish naturally, without the risk of GMO contamination, or the use of harmful pesticides, herbicides and products thereof.
- Due to the 100% unprocessed, raw nature of our bulk products, you may discover some of nature’s small gifts inside your purchase including: Twigs, Leaves, Small Rocks, Dirt, and other naturally occurring elements of the environment. All products undergo a strict quality control process which includes a thorough washing at their point of origin, however it is sometimes difficult to catch all particles.
- Due to the size and nature of Bulk Products, we are unable to accept returns. Please contact your Sunfood customer service representative prior to your purchase to address questions or concerns.
- Bulk items are excluded from site wide sales, free shipping discounts, and international shipping discounts.
