
Loaded with antioxidants and packed with deliciousness, this nutty, chocolaty ganache will make you the life of the party!
CRUST:
½ cup almond flour
½ cup hazelnut flour
1/3 cup coconut oil/butter
¼ cup dark agave or other sweetener
1 Tbsp vanilla powder
1 tsp Kalahari salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
GANACHE and NUT FILLING:
1 cup cacao powder
½ cup coconut oil/butter
¼ cup agave or other sweetener
1 Tbsp vanilla powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp Kalahari salt
Blend into a smooth chocolate ganache and add the following whole or chopped nuts:
1/3 cup each: walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts
CASHEW/CACAO SWIRL:
1 cup cashews
2/3 cup cacao powder
½ cup coconut oil/butter
¼ cup agave or other sweetener
1 tsp Kalahari salt
Step 1: Press crust into 9 inch pie pan
Step 2: Add Ganache and nut filling
Step 3: Use spoon to swirl cashew/cacao mix over the top
Step 4: Chill and serve.
