Almond Carob Mousse

Enjoy this decadent mousse made with Carob Powder! Carob is a great source of calcium and is a wonderful chocolate alternative that can be used in a variety of dishes. This recipe is sweetened with Agave Nectar, making it a low glycemic dessert option for those watching their blood sugar levels!

Serves 4

3 ripe avocados
¼ cup almond butter
1 cup almond milk
¼ cup Carob Powder
¼ cup Amber Agave Nectar
Pinch of Vanilla Powder

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Place on high speed until very smooth. Refrigerate and top with chopped fruits and nuts if desired. Enjoy!
