(Makes approximately 16 macaroons)
Want to satisfy your sweet tooth while getting a healthy boost of raw coconut and raw cacao? The hardest part about making these delicious macaroons is the waiting! If you can hold out, you’ll be happy you did!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups dried, unsweetened shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups cacao powder
1 cup agave nectar
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 tbs vanilla powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form into small balls and place on Paraflexx sheet or wax paper. Sprinkle a pinch of shredded coconut on top of each macaroon. Dehydrate at 120 degrees for 12 hours (or longer depending on desired consistency). Remove and enjoy!
