Dulse is red seaweed with flat, fan-shaped fronds that grows from the temperate to frigid zones of the Atlantic and Pacific. Like all sea vegetables, Dulse is an excellent source of Iodine and manganese which activate enzyme systems.. It also contains a significant amount of protein compared to land vegetables.
