I've had skin problems for as long as I can remember, once I stopped using my old chemical filled acne medicine and swapped it out for the coconut oil the results were unbelievable. Within 3 days of applying it (whole body) after getting out of the shower in the morning and then putting some on my face before I went to sleep not only was the acne cleared but the scars had already begun to fade!
