By submitting a product reveiw you agree Sunfood has requested and been granted permission to use the product review as a clinical trial. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Sunfood Corporation for all claims resulting from content you supply. Sunfood Corporation has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Sunfood Corporation takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party

Return Policy:
Please call or e-mail for prior approval (RMA Number) before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after 30 days. Any item may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within 30 days.

Opened food products are not returnable. If you have a concern with any perishable food product, please call customer service at 1-888-729-3663 or 619-596-7979 or use our contact form. We will be happy to discuss your options with you.

Please note: Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return if an inspection is deemed necessary. All others of the same product must be in their original factory-sealed container for refund.

We will approve returns for the following reasons:

- Spoilage before best-by date; storage recommendations as per product package must be followed.
- Damages caused by Sunfood.*
- Unopened items within 30 days.

* Items damaged by opening boxes with box cutters or other types of damage caused by customer will not be returnable.

This return policy applies to orders purchased directly through Sunfood. If you purchased a Sunfood product at a retail store location, please contact the store regarding your return.

Please note: While we guarantee the freshness and purity of our products, we are unable to accept returns based on personal tastes, preferences, or reactions. This is due to the unique nature and potential seasonal variations of our superfoods. 

If products are returned for reasons other than acceptable reasons stated above, a restocking fee between 25% and 100% will apply at Sunfood’s sole discretion.

BULK PRODUCTS: QUALITY STATEMENT & RETURN POLICY:
Sunfood Superfoods maintains the highest quality standards of Raw, Organic & Wild Crafted Superfoods in today’s Natural Food market. Our products are sourced from local farms across the world where the products flourish naturally, without the risk of GMO contamination, or the use of harmful pesticides, herbicides and products thereof. Due to the 100% unprocessed, raw nature of our bulk products, you may discover some of nature’s small gifts inside your purchase including: Twigs, Leaves, Small Rocks, Dirt, and other naturally occurring elements of the environment. All products undergo a strict quality control process which includes a thorough washing at their point of origin, however it is sometimes difficult to catch all particles.

Due to the size and nature of Bulk Products, we are unable to accept returns. Please contact your Sunfood customer service representative prior to your purchase to address questions or concerns.

SUNFOOD REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM
You may not refer yourself with another email address through our Refer-a-Friend Program. Valid referrals must be a separate person. All referrals are subject to review and approval at Sunfood’s discretion. If the validity of a referral is in question, you will receive an email from our Customer Service department  to confirm the validity of the referral. Any SunPoints received through the referral will be temporarily removed. If no response or an insufficient response to the email is received within 5 business days, the referral will be permanantly deleted and SunPoints permanently revoked. If a sufficient response is received confirming the validity of the referral within 5 business days, the SunPoints will be reinstated and the referral will be deemed valid. If you have had more than one invalid referral, your account with Sunfood will be suspended.
