Recommended Usage	Marine Phytoplankton may be taken on the back of the tongue, two or more times each day, beginning with 2 drops at a time. In this way, nutrients may be absorbed directly into the body, bypassing the digestive system. Marine Phytoplankton may also be mixed into any smoothie, drink, or raw food dish. Some people who have fragile health can feel a big benefit from just one single drop and should carefully ramp up the amount consumed to avoid any kind of healing crisis. Most people use 15 drops per day for maintenance. Others who are looking to support the body to overcome a health issue will take up to 75 drops in a day. Pregnant women will also take large amounts of Oceans Alive to support a healthy baby. Most people enjoy taking the Oceans Alive when it is added to a glass of Coconut Water, their favorite juice or a small amount of water. Some people who are used to very concentrated green foods will take it directly under the tongue; however for most people this is quite strong.
