| Recommended Usage | It can be used either orally or topically. When taken orally you can either place droplets directly under the tongue or it can be put into water. Silver is often used topically by spraying onto cuts, burns, skin infections or acne. The Minerals should be placed under the tongue (sublingually) and 1 minute should pass before the individual swallows. We recommend waiting 30 seconds to a minute before taking another mineral. This allows maximum absorption into the bloodstream and the cells. |
