Cashews don’t require soaking; just add them to your power blender along with other ingredients and you get that light yet creamy texture that’s ideal for vegan sauces. Hemp seeds are fiber and iron rich superfood and land themselves well in this recipe.

Creamy Cashew & Hemp Seed Arugula PestoPrint Recipe
- 1 cups arugula
- 1 cup basil
- 1 Tbsp mint
- 3 cloves garlic cloves
- 1 cup Raw Cashews
- ¼ cup Shelled Hemp Seeds
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp raw jalapeno (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
Pour over favorite pasta with sautéed veggies for a fulling, antioxidant rich meal or as a dip with fresh peppers, cucumbers, and crackers!
