The flavor of sweet cake batter is now available to you in a delicious, raw and vegan ice cream. This sweet and creamy ice cream is the perfect way to cool off and indulge at the end of day.
- 2 cups nut milk
- 2 tbsp. tahini
- 2–4 tbsp. honey or agave nectar
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. vanilla powder
- Mix all of the ingredients in a blender until well blended.
- Put contents of the blender in ice cream maker or freezer.
- If put into freezer, stir periodically during the freezing process to ensure a smooth consistency. Top with cacao powder for additional chocolaty flavor. Enjoy!
