Fruit and Nut Pie

Here is one of the finest raw, organic desserts that we have found. With fresh berries, bananas, chocolate and hemp seeds, this fruit and nut pie is healthy, flavorful and just the thing for anyone looking to finish their meal with a sweet treat.


  • 1/2 cup shelled hemp seed
  • 1 1/2 cup almonds
  • 2 cup of dates
  • 2 bananas (mashed)
  • 1 mango (pureed)
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • 3 tbsp hemp hearts



  1. For the Crust: Thoroughly chop the almonds and the dates. Press together the dates, almonds and shelled hemp seeds by hand. Press this mixture into a pie plate.
  2. For the Filling: In a bowl, mix together the banana and mango. Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Top the mixture with the strawberry slices. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top of the strawberries. Sprinkle the hemp hearts and coconut on top.
  3. Chill the pie in the refrigerator. Serve and Enjoy!
