Marine Phytoplankton may be taken either on the back of the tongue or sublingually, two or more times each day, beginning with 2 drops at a time and building up to one dropper full (1/4 tsp). You may also mix it into your favorite beverage.

Some people who have fragile health can feel a big benefit from just one single drop and should slowly ramp up the amount consumed. Most people use 15 drops per day for maintenance. Others who are looking to overcome a health issue will take up to 75 drops in a day. Pregnant women will also take large amounts of Marine Phytoplankton to help support a healthy baby.

Most people enjoy taking Marine Phytoplankton when it is added to a glass of coconut water, their favorite juice or a small amount of water. Some people who are used to concentrated green foods will take it directly under the tongue; however for most people, this is quite strong. The more you spread the consumption of Marine Phytoplankton throughout the day, the more benefit you enjoy but it is easiest to take once in the morning on an empty stomach. It is important to consume it within a few minutes when you are adding it to juice. The sooner you consume it, the more benefit you will enjoy.

For those aging in a natural and healthy way, maca restores youthfulness plus eliminates age-associated ailments experienced by many and considered normal by most. This brand of maca has been prefered over many others for quality and product handling. NEVER cook maca: 117 degrees Farenheit or higher ruins its best benefits. No charge for that vital info. Most of us who know keep quiet about maca, not wanting shortages created by mongers. Maca is NOT something to try: it is proof to commit to.
