Marine Phytoplankton may be taken either on the back of the tongue or sublingually, two or more times each day, beginning with 2 drops at a time and building up to one dropper full (1/4 tsp). You may also mix it into your favorite beverage. 

Some people who have fragile health can feel a big benefit from just one single drop and should slowly ramp up the amount consumed. Most people use 15 drops per day for maintenance.
