Ashwagandha Peppermint Bark Recipe

2 tsp of Sunfood Ashwagandha powder

1 Bag of vegan dark chocolate chips

1 Bag of vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips

1-3 tsp of peppermint extract

Crushed candy canes

Pretzels, sprinkles, chocolate candies, and other things to top


1. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted. Add in ashwagandha powder and mix until well combined.

2. Smooth out dark chocolate onto a freezer safe tray lined with parchment paper.

3. Freeze for 10 minutes or until hard.

4. Meanwhile, melt semi-sweet chips and mix in peppermint extract.

5. Remove dark chocolate from the freezer and pour semi-sweet mixture over it. Spread it out to cover all of the dark chocolate.

6. While the semi-sweet chocolate is still melted add in your crushed peppermint sticks and other toppings. To create little reindeers, put two sprinkle eyeballs down and take pretzels that have been cut in half and place them above the eyes for the antlers. Add a red chocolate candy for the nose and you are all set!

7. Freeze again for 10 minutes or until hardened.

8. Remove from freezer, break apart, and enjoy!
