Matcha Banana Muffins with Macadamia Nuts

Gorgeous gorgeous girls eat matcha muffins for breakfast. Mariah Fresh Water Peaches’ Matcha Banana Muffins are made with Sunfood Matcha Powder and Macadamia Nuts. They’re plant-based, gluten-free, and super fluffy. These tasty baked treats are the most delicious morning pick-me-up. The macadamia nuts gives that extra creamy crunch that will keep you coming back for more. Here’s how to make ‘em!.


Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or any granulated sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Dry Ingredients:


  1. Add all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Whisk together until fully combined.
  2. Add all wet ingredients into a mixing bowl and use a whisk to blend together.
  3. Stir together both mixtures until a thick batter forms.
  4. Fold in chopped macadamia nuts.
  5. Add the batter into 6 muffin tins with parchment paper liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the muffins from the pan, and transfer to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
