METHOD

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, add your cookie base ingredients and mix. Knead with your hands to form dough.
  3. Transfer your cookie dough into your prepared pan and press flat. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  5. Now melt cacao butter in a sauce pan or microwave. Once melted, add your coconut sugar until it is dissolved. Then add in your Pomegranate Powder and stir until smooth.
  6. Pour over your cooled cookie base. Let this set in the fridge or freezer.
  7. Once totally solid and set, melt some dark chocolate and drizzle the top of your bars. 
  8. Cut and enjoy! Store in the fridge.
