Creamy Chia Porridge

Try this recipe when you are in need of something creamy, satisfying and slightly sweet. It's also like tapioca pudding!
2 T chia seeds
2 T golden berries
2 T raisins
1 T cacao nibs
1 T chopped almonds
1 T chopped cashews
2 cups hemp milk or almond milk
1 cup fresh fruit (ex. strawberries or blueberries)
1 tsp yacon syrup, agave nectar, or coconut palm nectar to taste
1 T Spanish Bee Pollen
Soak Chia Seeds in milk for 10-15 minutes, or until soft. Top with rest of ingredients, then sprinkle with Spanish Bee Pollen last. Add sweetener to taste and enjoy! Feel free to add any of your other favorite dried or fresh fruit like bananas, mulberries, goji berries or blackberries!
