5 inches aloe vera gel (cut five inches of aloe leaf, fillet down middle and scoop out gel)
3 Tbsp goji berries
1 whole lemon, with outer rind removed
1 whole lime, with outer rind removed
pinch of Himalayan or Kalahari salt
1 – 2 Tbsp agave nectar or raw honey
1 ½ liters of high quality water
1 capsule 5 Mushroom Formula (optional) 

Blend, strain and enjoy!
