Goji Berry Immuni-tea

May 7th 2020

This is a favorite of many Sunfood staffers - a tea made from ginger, lemon, honey, and Goji Berries. Not only it helps to calm your mind and senses at the end of a long day, but it also helps with your immunity. Its sweet and tangy taste is soothing, and its warming quality can help you transition into a relaxing mood at the end of a long and busy day.

Your Skin and Eyes

Goji berries (aka Wolfberries or Lycium) are a wonderful nutritive and immune tonic. Used for centuries, they are a good source of iron, potassium, and selenium.

Goji berries can help promote energy, support the skin, the eyes, and the liver. They offer strengthening benefits to the capillaries in the eyes as well as have a positive effect on the capillaries, veins, and arteries throughout the body.

At Sunfood, any superfood that helps our skin look and feel better, we consider a beauty superfood. Goji Berries are definitely on the list!
