Heading back to school next week has been making me think – what is going to be an easy snack I can carry with me to keep my hunger curbed through all those long classes and keep me focused?! First things first – any good snacks include protein – nuts are my favorite, and of course great flavor. With these priorities in mind I created these superfood vegan protein balls. They are simple to make and delicious.
