If you’ve ever wondered what a rainbow tastes like... wonder no more! Because with Jackie from @jackfruitfulkitchen’s new chia pudding recipe (and just a sprinkle of imagination), you can finally taste the rainbow. Naturally colored with Sunfood Superfoods and bursting with vibrant flavor from ingredients like turmericmaqui berrybeet powder, and more this recipe is delicious, beautiful, and special, just like you. You won't believe how perfectly the flavors blend together despite how different and unique they each are. Grab the recipe and enjoy this tasty breakfast during Pride month and all year round!



  1. Add each superfood powder to one of the 7 jars. For the blue layer, blend your blueberries with the milk first.
  2. Add 1/4 cup cashew milk and 1/2 tsp maple syrup to each jar and whisk with a fork to combine.
  3. Cover tightly with lids and transfer to the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.
  4. Once they have thickened, assemble your rainbow chia pudding by layering each color in the order listed above!
